The custom shoes/ trainers are a product of Tailored Kicks, the trainers are brought brand new from a third party suppliers and are then customised using professional equipment by the tailored kicks team. If customers like a featured design but would like it on a different trainer, they can contact us by sending an e-mail of their specifications to customise@tailoredkicks.com and we will get back to you with further information. Please note that all trainers are brought brand new, and un-customised from suppliers, if there are any problems with your order Tailored Kicks will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation.
Please note that the paint used to customise the shoes is a professional finish but is still subject to damage when put under excess amounts of misconduct, try to avoid scratching or rubbing the customised area unnecessarily, and be carefully when cleaning, please check the ingredients of the cleaning solution before applying it to the surface of the trainer, as some products may cause damage.
